Message from Grand Chef
I joined the Hanatsubaki group as a chef de cuisine for Setsugekka five years ago. Now, as the grand chef for three restaurants, I am in charge of everything from menus to the preparation of each dish, devoting myself to each one of our guests and serving carefully-prepared dishes with the aiming of pleasing as many guests as possible.
I am determined to apply what I have hitherto learned and to challenge myself with something new every day.
